I understand that this retreat will be recorded onto video and shared with others and I give you permission to record all of my sharings. I agree to refrain from sharing anything that I would not want others to see and/or hear.
I also understand that the topics discussed at this retreat may be challenging or even triggering for me.
I have discussed my participation with my therapist or doctor (if appropriate) and I attest that I have
no current psychiatric or other conditions that make me psychologically unstable and unable to participate
safely in this retreat.
